Ultimately, we decided to go with a jetted wellpoint system, relying on the
contractor to bring us water to the install site running several hundred feet
of discharge to our work area. After completing several pumping tests, we
determined that the wellpoint design we came up with was the proper approach. Griffin installed all the wellpoints for the project, and the contractor will move the header, pumps and discharge as they move along the pipeline trench. By having the contractor complete some of the work, this kept the costs down and in their budget.
