The Portals V project is a high visibility development encircled by the Treasure Department, The Mandarin Hotel, Jefferson Memorial and Potomac River. Griffin Dewatering installed a system consisting of 22 deep wells that successfully dewatered the project area and allowed excavation works to progress unimpeded and ahead of schedule. The system has been in operation since late summer 2017 and is slated for removal in March 2018.
